Profile
We at Hyundai Power Products offer a range of products from Hyundai and P1 Power Equipment, our sister brand, for domestic and business use. A year after starting the business, in 2006, we were awarded the contract to become the sole UK importer for Hyundai Power Products by the Hyundai Corporation in Korea, based on our knowledge and machinery sales as well as our engineering, support and maintenance expertise. 15 years later, we proudly remain the sole UK importer for Hyundai power equipment.

1. Growing Profit Turnover
Our current profit turnover is a huge £19.5m and growing, with our last 12 months being our most record-breaking to date. The business is thriving and we have hired approximately 30 new members of staff within the last 12 months to help support this growth, and have exciting plans to expand the business even further.
2. Distribution Centre
We have a 120,000 sq ft facility based in Pembrokeshire, UK, which is where the majority of our staff members are based. Here, we complete repairs, ship from the warehouse and deal with any incoming customer queries. We have over 150 SKUs currently on offer, with new products being added regularly, and we are also capable of UK-wide DSV drop-ship.
3. Availability
Despite the uncertainties brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and also the volatile shipping situation over the past few months, we are proud to say that our core range of products are in stock with great availability, at a time when many are struggling to get basics on the shelf. This was of vital importance to us and ensures that regardless of the situation, the BAGMA/BIRA merchant will never miss out on valuable sales due to stocking issues.
4. Warranty
One of the major elements that sets us apart from our competitors is our extra-long warranty which is up to three years in duration. Where other competitors tend to have a one to two-year warranty period, we are able to offer free parts and servicing for longer, as well as completing any repairs or posting out any spare parts requested by our customers after the warranty period is over.
5. Support
For the duration of customers’ warranties and even beyond, our knowledgeable team of After Sales and Technical Advisor personnel are able to support customers with any queries or issues they may have. On top of this, we offer UK-based full service, maintenance, aftercare and spare parts support all under one roof for a no-fuss customer experience, ensuring a fluid process for the customer from point of purchase.
