Legal benefits scheme in partnership with Abbey Legal, free to new retail members with no more than 250 employees*. The scheme helps protect you from expensive legal costs including:
- Representation at employment tribunals
- Defence of Health & Safety prosecutions
- Representation of in-depth tax investigations
- Representation of VAT disputes
- Pursuit of defence of data protection disputes
- Personal tax cover for directors and proprietors
*The scheme is only available to new retail members who join from 1st January 2010 and BSSA legacy members. BHF Group legacy members may opt to join for a relatively small annual fee.
